The Pak Choy came from the Far East, particularly from the Chinese culture.
The Pak Choy belongs to the Cruciferous family with the kale, cauliflower and broccoli leaves. Unlike them, it has a Smooth pleasant texture and it’s decorated with
broad green leaves.
