Baby Leaves is the trade name given to a mixture of young edible leaves, usually containing Roquette leaves (arugula), mizuna, beetroot or spinach.

Baby leaves contain a good amount of dietary fiber, therefore you can enjoy a long-lasting fullness without consuming a large amount of calories. Besides, it is a great source of protein, calcium and vitamin C.

The blend of fresh baby leaves has a fresh taste, and some of the blends have a spicy mustard tint.
